Sam is a programme and project management professional with over seven years’ experience delivering national and international initiatives across sport, disability and community settings. His expertise spans programme development, operational planning, stakeholder engagement, data and evaluation, funding administration and organisational development.

Throughout his career, Sam has coordinated complex programmes involving national governing bodies, international partners, local organisations and volunteers. His experience includes overseeing budgets, monitoring key performance indicators, developing reporting systems and implementing processes that strengthen organisational efficiency and accountability.

A particular area of expertise is the coordination of European-funded initiatives, including Erasmus+ projects. Sam has worked with partners across Europe to deliver collaborative projects focused on inclusion, coach development, gender equality and participation in sport. His work has included coordinating international activities, managing partner communications, monitoring milestones and deliverables, and contributing to project reporting.

Sam also has extensive experience developing data and monitoring systems that support strategic decision-making and programme evaluation. He brings a practical and analytical approach to his work, helping translate strategy and evidence into well-managed programmes with meaningful, measurable outcomes.
